Club Camping
What is Club Camping?
Many Volkswagen enthusiasts decide to join/create their own clubs of their friends to attend and enjoy events and go on adventures together. We welcome many Volkswagen clubs to Busfest each year, clubs must be vetted and properly certified to be allowed to book a club camping area at the event. They must include a minimum of 10 vehicles and once approved will be able to book.
Club Campers receive prime camping locations within the site, close to all the entertainment & events.
Clubs pay the same ticket pricing but you will have a reserved plot closer to the middle of the festival and you will be assigned pitches together. Clubs must have valid Public Liability Insurance for their club that includes festivals and proof of this will be required upon booking.
We encourage all Clubs attending our event to take part in our Vancy Dress competition for best club costume! Choose your theme and deck yourselves (and your vans) up to impress! We also host the Busfest Games and encourage any interested clubs to take part and have some fun, get to know other clubs and really keep the community thriving.
If you are interested in camping with us as a club please register your interest ASAP as we allocate the club pitches far in advance and will not be able to accomodate a new club if you get in touch last minute. Please email [email protected] to register your interest.
