Parking

Friday evening – For ALL Friday Evening visitors please go to Yellow Gate where there is parking available and you will have your tickets scanned and wristbands issued.

Saturday & Sunday Day Visitors – Please follow the AA signage and go to the Day Visitor Car Park.

Disabled Parking – If you or someone in your group has a disability there are 2 areas you can choose to park. You can either go to the Day Visitor Car Park and inform the parking marshalls you need disabled parking and they will direct you to an area closer to the entrance gate. Alternatively if there is a small car park at YELLOW GATE where you can park. You will be able to have your tickets scanned and wrist bands issued at this gate, this area is preferable for those with severe disabilities as it is flat ground whereas the Day Visitor parking is a grass field so the ground can be uneven so those with mobility scooters or wheelchairs may still struggle.

TICKET INFORMATION

Once you have booked and paid for your Adult Day Visitor Pass, you will get a confirmation from WorldPay (on behalf of Vanfest Ltd) which confirms your purchase. Your tickets will not be sent out until roughly 2 weeks prior to the event, at which point you will be emailed a QR code to the email address registered to your purchase, which you can either print off or save to your phone (we recommend doing both just incase).
This QR code will be scanned when you arrive at your designated gate and once cleared, you will be issued wristbands. These QR codes are single use only and will be void once scanned.

• The CLOSING DATE for bookings will be announced nearer the event (or when we are Full!)
• CHILDREN (Accompanied children up to & including 16 years free).
• DOGS (and other pets!) are allowed on site but MUST be kept under control at all times.
