TICKET INFORMATION
Once you have booked and paid for your Adult Day Visitor Pass, you will get a confirmation from WorldPay (on behalf of Vanfest Ltd) which confirms your purchase. Your tickets will not be sent out until roughly 2 weeks prior to the event, at which point you will be emailed a QR code to the email address registered to your purchase, which you can either print off or save to your phone (we recommend doing both just incase).
This QR code will be scanned when you arrive at your designated gate and once cleared, you will be issued wristbands. These QR codes are single use only and will be void once scanned.
- The CLOSING DATE for bookings will be announced nearer the event (or when we are Full!)
- CHILDREN (Accompanied children up to & including 16 years free).
- DOGS (and other pets!) are allowed on site but MUST be kept under control at all times.

How to book:
Start booking your Day Visitor Tickets here.
Once in our secure booking system, create an account and VERIFY your EMAIL address. We do not advise using a Hotmail email address for this as we have issues with customers not receiving their confirmations/tickets. If you do not see your verification email in your inbox please check your spam/junk/promotions folders before contacting Busfest for support.
If you have not placed an order since 2022 you MUST create a NEW ACCOUNT for BUSFEST 2024 (even if you attended previous events). This is the email address we will send your tickets to two weeks prior to the event.
Once you have created your online account & verified your email address: MAKE YOUR ORDER
You will need an adult day visitor pass for each adult in your party. (Children 16 & under are still free, but need to be added to the order – they will not receive an actual electronic ticket, but we need to know they are coming).
Make the PAYMENT required for your order.
ENSURE you get a booking confirmation from STRIPE (On behalf of VanFest Ltd). You will not receive your tickets until roughly 2 weeks prior to the event. If you do not see your booking confirmation email in your inbox please check your spam/junk/promotions folders before contacting Busfest for support.
Roughly 2 weeks before the event you will receive an email to the email address registered to your purchase containing your tickets to DOWNLOAD. We advise downloading these right away and we also recommend printing off a copy as signal issues can hold up the line upon entry. If you do not see your tickets in your inbox please check your spam/junk/promotions folders before contacting Busfest for support.
You will have a ticket with a QR code for each adult ticket.
This QR code will be scanned when you arrive at the day visitor entrance gate. These are single use and will be voided once scanned,
