For Friday evening visitors please enter through YELLOW gate, there will be parking available there for you

Saturday & Sunday Day Visitors will park at the Day Visitor car park and enter through Day Gate

Last admittance via Day Gate on Saturday is typically 5pm – Sunday 3pm. If coming after this enter through Yellow Gate

Tickets are sent out via the email address used to register your account 2 weeks prior to the event. Ensure your email address is valid and that you have access to it.

Parking

For Friday Evening visitors please go to Yellow Gate where there is parking available and you will have your tickets scanned and wristbands issued.

Saturday & Sunday Day Visitors – Please follow the AA signage and go to the Day Visitor Car park. Parking is free/included with your ticket price but please be off site by midnight (gates will shut at 00:30)

If you or someone in your group has a disability there are 2 areas you can choose to park. You can either go to the Day Visitor Car Park (on Saturday & Sunday) and inform the parking marshals you need disabled parking and they will direct you to an area closer to the entrance gate. Alternatively if there is a small car park at YELLOW GATE where you can park.

You will be able to have your tickets scanned and wrist bands issued at this gate, this area is preferable for those with severe disabilities as it is flat ground whereas the Day Visitor parking is a grass field so the ground can be uneven so those with mobility scooters or wheelchairs may still struggle.

TICKET INFORMATION

Once you have booked and paid for your Adult Day Visitor Pass, you will get a confirmation from WorldPay (on behalf of Vanfest Ltd) which confirms your purchase. Your tickets will not be sent out until roughly 2 weeks prior to the event, at which point you will be emailed a QR code to the email address registered to your purchase, which you can either print off or save to your phone (we recommend doing both just in case).
This QR code will be scanned when you arrive at your designated gate and once cleared, you will be issued wristbands. These QR codes are single use only and will be void once scanned.

The CLOSING DATE for bookings will be announced nearer the event (or when we are Full!)
CHILDREN (children 5 – 16yrs old must have a child ticket. Children under 5 are FREE).
DOGS (and other pets!) are allowed on site but MUST be kept under control at all times.

How to book:

Step 1

Day visitor tickets for Busfest 2027 will go live 1st of April

Step 2

Make an account

Once in our secure booking system, create an account and VERIFY your EMAIL address. We do not advise using a Hotmail email address for this as we have issues with customers not receiving their confirmations/tickets. If you do not see your verification email in your inbox please check your spam/junk/promotions folders before contacting Busfest for support.

If you already have an account please login.

If you have not placed an order since 2022 you will need to make a new account.

Step 3

Place your order

Once you have created your online account & verified your email address: MAKE YOUR ORDER

Choose which DAY VISITOR ticket you wish to purchase. If you are purchasing CAMPING tickets please see our weekend camping tickets page for information.

Step 4

Make payment

Make sure you get a booking confirmation from STRIPE (On behalf of VanFest Ltd). THIS CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT – IT IS NOT YOUR TICKET.

You will not receive your tickets until roughly 2 weeks prior to the event

Step 5

Need to edit your order?

If you need to make an amendment to your order (i.e. change your vehicle registration) you will need to email bookings@busfest.org to do so

Step 6

Receive your tickets – 2 weeks prior to event

Roughly 2 weeks before the event you will receive an email to the email address registered to your purchase containing your tickets to DOWNLOAD.

We advise downloading these right away and we also recommend printing off a copy or taking a screenshot of them as signal issues can hold up the line upon entry.

You will have a ticket with a QR code for each ticket purchased (free tickets for children under 4 will not have a QR code) & camping unit purchased if you are camping with us.

If you do not see your tickets in your inbox please check your spam/junk/promotions folders first. If you still cannot find them you can login to your account and download them directly.

This QR code will be scanned when you arrive at your designated gate and once cleared, you will be issued wristbands and a camping pass.

This QR code is single use and will be voided once scanned.
