For Friday evening visitors please enter through YELLOW gate, there will be parking available there for you
Saturday & Sunday Day Visitors will park at the Day Visitor car park and enter through Day Gate
Last admittance via Day Gate on Saturday is typically 5pm – Sunday 3pm. If coming after this enter through Yellow Gate
For Day Visitors you are welcome to pay on the gate on the day, however pre-booking your tickets gives you a £5 discount compared to the price on the gate

All Camping Units are by advance booking only – we cannot admit additional camping units on the day. We can accept additional adults & children in the vehicle on the day.
A minimum of 1 camping unit must be purchased with an order, it will be added to your basket automatically when you add an adult weekend ticket.
If your camping unit will exceed the 7m x 7m plot size or you wish to bring additional tents etc that won’t fit into the plot, you will need to purchase additional plots.
All vehicles must have a camping unit pass

How does it work?
Friday evening tickets are for those who wish to come along for the live music on Friday but don’t wish to/aren’t able to camp. Gates will open at 16:00 on Friday and you will be able to stay until midnight. You must enter through YELLOW Gate. General & Disabled parking will be available.
Saturday & Sunday –
If you’d like to attend our event on the Saturday or Sunday but don’t wish to camp you’ll need to buy a Day Visitor Ticket. These can either be purchased on the day at the Day Visitor Gate or booked in advance, booking in advance will mean you will receive a £5 discount on day visitor ticket prices.
Saturday day visitors are able to stay until midnight and are able to enjoy all the live evening entertainment. There is no evening live entertainment on Sunday and the event will draw to a close at 4pm.
Parking – Saturday & Sunday Day Visitors must park at the Day Visitor Car Park and enter through Day Gate. Parking is free for Day visitors.
Disabled parking is available both at the Day visitor car park and YELLOW GATE. For those who require wheelchairs or mobility scooters or severely struggle with uneven ground we recommend parking at YELLOW GATE, they will be able to scan your tickets and issue you with wrist bands there.
Weekend Tickets –
You will need to purchase an adult weekend ticket plus a camping unit. The weekend ticket is for yourself and the camping unit is for the camping plot you will camp on. These plots are 7m x 7m so if your camper/tent/awning will not fit on this plot you will need to purchase additional plots.
For example, a family of 4 all staying in one camper would need to order:
2 x Adult Weekend Tickets (£70 each)
1 x Camping Unit/Plot (£35)
2 x Children over the age of 5 (£10 each)
Total = £195
If the family brings a large RV that will not fit on the 7m x 7m plot they will need to purchase:
2 x Adult Weekend Tickets (£70 each)
2 x Camping Units/Plots (£35 each)
2 x Children over the age of 5 (£10)
Total = £230
You can easily add on dogs and children under 5 when ordering your tickets
Once placing your order you will be able to log into your account and submit a change request. Most changes can be made until tickets are sent out 2 weeks prior to the event.
If you need to add on additional items you can do so by going to your order, clicking on the item you want to increase and increasing the quantity.
Your tickets will be sent out to the email address provided to your account roughly 2 weeks prior to the event. You will have a ticket with a QR code for each adult in your party as well as one for each plot you have booked (if booking camping). Please ensure you have these downloaded/saved before coming to the event. We recommend printing out a copy or taking a screenshot.
If you did not receive your tickets you can download them by logging in to your account.

What are the camping zones?
General Camping (Yellow Camp)
Family Camping (Brown Camp) – This area offers slightly reduced noise for those with children or just those who wish to have a little more quiet in the evenings as there is a noise curfew in this area of 10pm.
No Dog Camping (Orange Camp) – For those who don’t wish to be camped around dogs. This zone it quite limited in spaces so book ASAP if you wish to camp here
Disabled Camping (Green camp) – For disabled attendees who need to camp closer to the event or require assistance & electric for their needs. When booking online please ensure you book for an electric hook-up if you require it for your medical needs
Club Camping (Blue Camp) – To qualify for Club camping, you need to get in touch to register as a club & book a minimum of 10 pitches on your plot for your club members. Please contact our Club Camping manager at clubs@busfest.org if you wish to book
EHU Camping (Purple camp)– Electric Hook Up Camping. Located in prime area of the site right by the trade area. These pitches are very limited so book now if you want a spot. Please note that these pitches are not suitable for charging electric vehicles. If you require electricity for a disability please book in the disabled camping area as there are also hook ups available there for those who need them. Please note you will need to bring your own 25m cable to plug into your vehicle.
TICKET INFORMATION
Once you have booked and paid for your Adult Weekend Ticket and your Camping Unit/Plot, you will get a confirmation from WorldPay (on behalf of Vanfest Ltd) which confirms your purchase. Your tickets will not be sent out until roughly 2 weeks prior to the event, at which point you will be emailed a QR code to the email address registered to your purchase, which you can either print off or save to your phone (we recommend doing both just incase). This QR code will be scanned when you arrive at your designated gate and once cleared, you will be issued wristbands and a camping pass. These QR codes are single use and will be void once scanned.
- The CLOSING DATE for bookings will be announced nearer the event (or when we are Full!)
- We can only take extra persons on the gate on the day (NO extra vehicles/vans). Price for extra persons is £75 per Adult.
- CHILDREN under 5 are free to enter accompanied by an adult, children 5 – 16 are £10 to come for the weekend and must also be accompanied by an adult.
- DOGS (and other pets!) are allowed on site but MUST be kept under control at all times.
- Electric hook-ups are ONLY available to crew or those who have booked it in advance in the disabled camping area or new electric hook up campsite.
