The Sheep Shed Stage
GROWLER are a five-piece Rock covers band based in Oxfordshire. who play a varied selection of classic Rock and Punk songs drawn from the 1960s to the present. Growler like to consider themselves as one of the more daring covers bands, keen to enjoy their time on stage & ensure the audience are treated to more hard rocking than they usually get, with a few laughs thrown in for good measure.
Confirmed for Friday night we’re pleased to welcome Rammlied to our Friday night lineup. The UK’s no.1 Rammstein Tribute band, with over 14 years of touring across UK and Europe. Incorporating the bold electro-metal sound, unique industrial look and the unrivalled stage production of the original “Neue Deutsche Härte” band, Rammlied are as close as you can get, just on a smaller stage! With inspiration taken from the real band for everything including costumes, antics, foam, smoke and of course pyrotechnics(!) the result is an exhilarating experience that old, new and even the most die-hard Rammstein fans will appreciate and love.
Devious – a Busfest favourite will be gracing our Sheep Shed stage once again this year. Devious have been causing mayhem on stage for twenty years and never fail to bring their antics to the Malvern showground and look forward to seeing many of you again or for the first time if you’ve yet to see them live – they’re not one to miss!
Nirvanah – Nirvanah hail from a small town in Wales, called Ebbw vale. Shane (Kurt Cobain) and Ade (Krist Noviselic)have been playing in bands since the early 2000’s. Heavily influenced by Kurt and the boys, in an original band called the 501’s. Doz (Dave Grohl) came later, completing the line up. Going from stage to stage playing the hits of Nirvana to the best of their ability.
With love in their hearts and admiration for these songs, we will keep the music alive
The Severn Hall Stage
ODYSSEY
The 70s/80s chart topping trio who brought you the top ten hits Native New Yorker, Use It Up & Wear It Out, Looking For A Way Out, Don’t Tell Me Tell Her, Inside Out and Going Back To My Roots. Old school meets new school meets old school as the journey continues.
The Bee Gees Experience
Time to polish up your medallions (and teeth) & dust off your chest wigs for our 70’s Disco & BEE GEE’s EXPERIENCE at STUDIO 54 in the Severn Hall – Friday Evening
Of course it’s not Busfest without our resident DJ Andeejay who will be recreating the iconic STUDIO 54 in the Severn Hall for us. Andy has been a DJ for many years and we’ve been lucky enough to not only have him perform at Busfest for a number of years but to be a valued member of our crew.
The Hub
Over 3000 square metres of undercover entertainment, a bar, cafe, massive seating & table area, a full stage with sound and lighting, and a residency from our friends at VDub Radio!
As well as operating a 24 hour radio station from the stage (available online at vdubradio.com), there will be a full live DJ set from midday to midnight on Friday & Saturday, and 10.00 to 15.00 on Sunday.

The Chill Stage
Tom Dibb
Whether you’re watching Tom Dibb solo or with band, get set for a beautifully gutsy performance, as he tells his stories with undertones of blues, roots and folk, grown through a forest of soaring acoustic goodness. Tom has found his sound set firmly with an ever growing, loyal fan base that follow him not only across his home turf in the UK, but also across the Globe.
Tom’s world tour and self drive expedition in his 1989 vw camper-van all the way from the UK to Australia in 2016, lay the foundations and inspiration for much of his material. It fits into mainstream moulds, yet also satisfies a deeper creative taste.
Druids Brew
Druids Brew will be entertaining crowds at Busfest again this year, with their own style of acoustic rock to suit all ages and tastes they’ve titled “Progressive Retro”. Druids Brew are a two-piece band who have toured all over Europe in Pumpkin – their ’64 Samba – playing songs about Volkswagens and their unorthodox owners.
Andy Richards
Andy Richards – hitting the Busfest Chill Stage again this year. Born in Stourbridge and now residing in Worcestershire Andy along with his band produce melodic songs taking inspiration from western folk/pop legends such as Paul Smith & John Martyn.
The Gleaves
Two magical solo artists, Chloe Ann Gleaves and Josh Gleaves as a duo perform effortless pristine country folk inspired original songs and clever takes on the not so predictable cover.
ChaÏni
Charli and Nini (aka Chaïni) are two outstanding talents bound in beautiful creative energy to form this French Alpine duo, producing heart felt moving music the likes of which are rare to find. Once found, never forgotten.
BUSFEST EVENING ENTERTAINMENT POLICY – Children & Dogs
Our policy at BUSFEST is to provide entertainment across a wide section of genres, for all our guests. During the day, this is not too much of a problem, but at night, things change a bit…….We have to balance a fine line between providing ‘Family’ areas, as well as having areas that guests without children (over 60% of our attendees) can ‘let their hair down’ without worrying about offending sensitive minds. Each of our Stages is designed with different sections of our customer base in mind, and below is a description so people are aware of what type of entertainment is going on at each Stage, and whether it is sensible to take children to it.
Although we are not refusing entry to children to any of the Stages, some are more suitable than others for small children. Children (under 16) must still be accompanied by an adult (over 16) at ALL adult Stages. All our customers should be aware that certain stages have behaviour that may/will upset/disturb young impressionable minds and if you have children, you should question whether it is acceptable to take a child into that type of environment. This includes acts on the stage, as well as those attending, and may include swearing, pyrotechnics, VERY loud music, offensive lyrics, nudity, violence, upsetting images, smoke machines, lasers, etc:
- Severn Stage. Our main family Stage, with fun and frolics for all ages. (Family)
- Sheepshed Stage. Our Rock and Alternative Stage. (Adult)
- Chill Stage. Our laid-back chilled out Stage. (Family & DOGS)
- Dance Stage. Our pumping dance & trance Stage. (Adult)
- Main Street RADIO Stage. (Family)
What we are saying is:
“Any area that is designated ‘Family’ will be virtually guaranteed to be a safe environment, with customers and acts who are ‘family friendly’. Any area that is designated ‘Adult’ cannot be guaranteed to be free from adult themes and behaviour, and, as a responsible parent/carer, you should carefully consider before taking young/impressionable children into that environment”.
Dogs & Evening Entertainment Venues
We do not recommend that any dogs should be submitted to the noise and stress of the evening entertainment environments as we believe this can potentially be dangerous for your dog/s and those around them.
1. Dogs will only be permitted at outdoor entertainment zones.
2. Dogs WILL be permitted inside the BUSFEST HUB
3. Dogs are NOT permitted inside the main part of the SEVERN HALL during the evening entertainments.
