The Party Stage (The Severn Hall)

Blobbie Williams (Tony James)

Tony will be both hosting a DJ set with us on Saturday night & performing his famous Blobbie Williams act later in the night!

Blobbie Williams is one of the most original and respected tribute acts to Robbie Williams, now touring his brand-new show The Heavier Entertainment Show!

You may recognise Blobbie from Channel 4’s Come Dine With Me, which he won, and its spin-off Champions. He’s also shared stages with major names across music and TV, quickly becoming a favourite among stars.

Having appeared alongside Keith Lemon, Paddy McGuinness, and Robbie Williams, and supported acts like Olly Murs and The Human League, Blobbie delivers a high-energy ??? packed with hits like Rock DJ, Let Me Entertain You, Candy, and Angels.

There may be many tributes—but there’s only one Blobbie Williams.

Dr Clive – From Dr & The Medics

The good Doctor, and very Reverand, Clive Jackson, well loved friend of Busfest and front man of Dr & The Medics, returns to the DJ decks at Busfest 2026!
His live show is dynamic and interactive, featuring a wide adaptive range of music from alternative/punk to Classic 80’s rock and everything else in between, and all topped off with a live vocal performance of “Spirit in the Sky”.

VJ Gary
Gary is an open format DJ/VJ based in The East Midlands, and has been practising his art since the age of 15.

He started off mixing and cutting up old skool hip hop (although it was just called hip hop when he started!) then found the wonders of pop music and it went rapidly downhill from there. You never really know what you’re gonna hear next when Gary is playing, From pop to rock, dance to hip hop, party to d&b, Gary will use all the tools at his disposal to ensure the dancefloor is rocking and the crowd have a great time! He’s also been know to play a power ballad or two, and don’t be surprised if the odd Disney song appears somewhere in the mix!

Gary’s high-energy style of quick mixing, dropping vocals over instrumentals and a flare for doing things that really shouldn’t work makes every event unique and leaves crowds wanting more.

Gary treats every event like it’s the last one he’s ever going to play, and leaves everything out there on the dancefloor, so strap yourselves in and prepare to be amazed!

Shad Ellis in The Will Smith Experience! – As an award winning Will Smith lookalike, Shad has toured the globe performing and launching products, as well as working with the great man himself. He is an avid follower of Will Smith’s progress he takes his work seriously, researching and fine-tuning his abilities at all times.

As the perfect lookalike and tribute to Will, Shad is guaranteed to raise the roof of any dance floor with a strong party vibe and his explosive energy. His set list includes the hits: Miami, Men in Black, Wild Wild West, Will 2K, Freak It, Gettin Jiggy Wid It, & the classic Boom Shake The Room.

Simon C: DJ Simon C

With more than 35 years behind the decks, DJ Simon C is a seasoned and versatile DJ whose journey began in 1990. From clubs and festivals to radio, VW shows and live events, Simon has spent decades developing a sound shaped by experience, passion and a genuine love of music.

Dance music has always been at the heart of his sound, with a particular passion for the harder side of the genre — heavy basslines, broken beats and deep, infectious rhythms. His love of Dub and Reggae has also played an important role in shaping his distinctive style.

Simon is also part of the music production team Love To Funk, who have been producing and experimenting with dance music since 2007, continuing to tinker behind the buttons to this day.

Radio has been a major part of Simon’s career. He has performed on more than 20 stations, including some of the biggest pirate stations across London, Essex and Kent, as well as legal stations. He currently hosts a regular Saturday show on VDubRadio, bringing together two of his biggest passions — music and the VW community.

Away from the airwaves, Simon has performed at clubs and venues across London and the UK, as well as spending time DJing in Ayia Napa. Today, he can regularly be found behind the decks at VW shows, festivals, camping events and gatherings, where his versatility and experience allow him to connect with audiences of all kinds. His experience also extends beyond DJing. Simon has worked within the music industry for both a record label and distribution company, and has spent several years teaching music, working with hard-to-reach young people and using music to inspire and encourage the next generation.

A proud owner of a VW T2 Early Bay, Simon’s van is a familiar sight at many of the events where he performs. For him, it’s more than just transport — it’s part of the lifestyle, community and culture that have become such an important part of his life. After more than three decades in the game, DJ Simon C brings experience, versatility, energy and, above all, a genuine love of music. Whether he’s behind the decks, behind the microphone or in the studio, his passion for music remains as strong as ever.

The Chill Stage

Tom Dibb

Whether you’re watching Tom Dibb solo or with band, get set for a beautifully gutsy performance, as he tells his stories with undertones of blues, roots and folk, grown through a forest of soaring acoustic goodness.

Tom has found his sound set firmly with an ever growing, loyal fan base that follow him not only across his home turf in the UK, but also across the Globe. Tom’s world tour and self drive expedition in his 1989 vw camper-van all the way from the UK to Australia in 2016, lay the foundations and inspiration for much of his material. It fits into mainstream moulds, yet also satisfies a deeper creative taste.

Frankie Roe

Acoustic original music with well crafted folk, pop, roots flavoured songs. Her music tells stories that everyone can relate to. During her performances you can expect many laughs from her bold sense of humour. Her music is empowering to all and she wants to be a voice for those who have been through struggles such as domestic violence, emotional abuse and the trauma that surrounds these topics. Frankie manages to pull on your heartstrings whilst also creating a safe environment for all to laugh, cry and dance whilst she bares her heart from the stage.

Kavalla

Kavalla is a fresh and exciting new Alt-Pop artist with gutsy vocals, a big message and a dark mood. Originally from Darlington, many years living in Hertfordshire and now currently residing in South East London, Kavalla has spent the majority of her life on the stage performing at festivals, venues and theatres all over the world.

Kavalla is not afraid to write about some difficult topics and draws inspiration from some of her personal experiences. A captivating and incredibly emotive performer, this artist is definitely ‘one to watch.’

Andy Richard’s Band

From the Midlands Andy Richards found a love for performing while travelling in North America during student days in bars at open mic nights. He joined forces with drummer and percussionist Warren Meadows (formally of The Lights) through a chance meeting in their local hometown in the mid 2000’s. Guitarist Dan Tombs (also formally of the The Lights) completes the current line up and together they help shape the sound of the band. In 2023, the band released their EP Night That Has No End, featuring standout tracks “Cracks of a City” and “Who Put Bella in the Wych Elm”, the latter an infamous local tale of murder and espionage.

Druid’s Brew

Druids Brew will be entertaining crowds at Busfest again this year, with their own style of acoustic rock to suit all ages and tastes they’ve titled “Progressive Retro”. Druids Brew are a two-piece band who have toured all over Europe playing songs about Volkswagens and their unorthodox owners

BUSFEST EVENING ENTERTAINMENT POLICY – Children & Dogs

Our policy at BUSFEST is to provide entertainment across a wide section of genres, for all our guests. During the day, this is not too much of a problem, but at night, things change a bit…….We have to balance a fine line between providing ‘Family’ areas, as well as having areas that guests without children (over 60% of our attendees) can ‘let their hair down’ without worrying about offending sensitive minds. Each of our Stages is designed with different sections of our customer base in mind, and below is a description so people are aware of what type of entertainment is going on at each Stage, and whether it is sensible to take children to it.

Although we are not refusing entry to children to any of the Stages, some are more suitable than others for small children. Children (under 16) must still be accompanied by an adult (over 16) at ALL adult Stages. All our customers should be aware that certain stages have behaviour that may/will upset/disturb young impressionable minds and if you have children, you should question whether it is acceptable to take a child into that type of environment. This includes acts on the stage, as well as those attending, and may include swearing, pyrotechnics, VERY loud music, offensive lyrics, nudity, violence, upsetting images, smoke machines, lasers, etc:

  • Severn Stage. Our main family Stage, with fun and frolics for all ages. (Family)
  • Sheepshed Stage. Our Rock and Alternative Stage. (Adult)
  • Chill Stage. Our laid-back chilled out Stage. (Family & DOGS)
  • Dance Stage. Our pumping dance & trance Stage. (Adult)
  • Main Street RADIO Stage. (Family)

What we are saying is:
“Any area that is designated ‘Family’ will be virtually guaranteed to be a safe environment, with customers and acts who are ‘family friendly’. Any area that is designated ‘Adult’ cannot be guaranteed to be free from adult themes and behaviour, and, as a responsible parent/carer, you should carefully consider before taking young/impressionable children into that environment”.

Dogs & Evening Entertainment Venues

We do not recommend that any dogs should be submitted to the noise and stress of the evening entertainment environments as we believe this can potentially be dangerous for your dog/s and those around them.

1. Dogs will only be permitted at outdoor entertainment zones.
2. Dogs WILL be permitted inside the BUSFEST HUB
3. Dogs are NOT permitted inside the main part of the SEVERN HALL during the evening entertainments.
