What Camping Zones Are There?
General Camping (Yellow Camp)
Family Camping (Brown Camp) – This area offers slightly reduced noise for those with children or just those who wish to have a little more quiet in the evenings. PLEASE NOTE – the stunt show on during the day in the Main Arena has a large BANG! for their ‘big finale’ and this may disturb small children who need to have a daytime nap. They will give a warning and countdown when it is going to happen so keep an ear out and cover their ears if needed as to not wake them.
No Dog Camping (Orange Camp) – For those who don’t wish to be camped around dogs. This zone it quite limited in spaces so book ASAP if you wish to camp here
Disabled Camping (Green camp) – For disabled attendees who need to camp closer to the event or require assistance. Disabled Camping is the only camp where you can pre-book an electric hook-up for your vehicle. When booking online please ensure you book for an electric hook-up if you require it for your medical needs
Club Camping (Blue Camp) – To qualify for Club camping, you need to be a registered club, book a minimum of 10 pitches on your plot for your club members, and have Public Liability Insurance. Please contact our Club Camping manager at [email protected] if you wish to book

How does it work?
If you would like to camp for the weekend at our event you will need to book your tickets in advance and be sure to do so before we sell out. You’ll need to purchase at least one adult weekend ticket and then a ticket for your vehicle/camping plot. Children (16 and under) and dogs are free.
If your camping unit will exceed the 7m x 7m plot size or you wish to bring additional tents etc that won’t fit into the plot, you will need to purchase additional plots.
Your tickets will be sent out to the email address provided to your account roughly 2 weeks prior to the event. You will have a ticket with a QR code for each adult in your party as well as one for each plot you have booked. Please ensure you have these downloaded/saved before coming to the event. We recommend printing out a copy.
If you do not receive your tickets you can download them directly by logging into your acount.
You CAN add additional adults to your booking up to 2 weeks prior to the event.
We CANNOT accept additional vehicles/plots on the day of the event.
We CAN accept additional persons if the do not require a plot space i.e. they’re camping with you. They are able to pay for a weekend ticket on the gate on the day of arrival (£75).
EXAMPLE:
A family of 4 all staying in one camper would need to order:
2 x Adult Weekend Tickets (£70 each)
1 x Camping Unit/Plot (£30)
2 x Child tickets (FREE – they will not receive an actual ticket but they need to be added to your booking)
Total = £170
If the family decides to bring a large tent for the children to sleep in that will not fit on the 7m x 7m plot with their camper they will need to purchase:
2 x Adult Weekend Tickets (£70 each)
2 x Camping Units/Plots (£30 each)
2 x Child tickets (FREE – they will not receive an actual ticket but they need to be added to your booking)
Total = £200

TICKET INFORMATION
Once you have booked and paid for your Adult Weekend Ticket and Weekend Camping Unit/Plot, you will get a confirmation from WorldPay (on behalf of Vanfest Ltd) which confirms your purchase. THIS IS NOT YOUR TICKET. Your tickets will not be sent out until roughly 2 weeks prior to the event, at which point you will be emailed a QR code to the email address registered to your purchase, which you can either print off or save to your phone (we recommend doing both just incase). This QR code will be scanned when you arrive at your designated gate and once cleared, you will be issued wristbands and camping pass.
- The CLOSING DATE for bookings will be announced nearer the event (or when we are Full!)
- We can only take extra persons on the gate on the day (NO extra vehicles/vans). Price for extra persons is £75 per Adult.
- CHILDREN (Accompanied children up to & including 16 years free).

- Electric hook-ups are ONLY available to crew those who have per-booked for one in the Diabled Camping area.

At Busfest we are passionate about promoting sustainability and committing to environmental responsibility. We are working in partnership with The Three Counties Showground management and in accordance with the Waste Recycling Act 2003 and the Environmental Protection Act 1990 to make Busfest a cleaner event. Going forward, all non-recyclable & single use plastics are now banned at Busfest.
What does that mean for me?
This means that all our traders, food & drink suppliers, eateries, bars etc will be exclusively using & providing reusable or recyclable items such as reusable cups at bars or wooden cutlery with takeaway food.
Those attending our event will need to try and avoid bringing non-recyclable items to the show, if this can’t be avoided don’t panic. We just ask that you take it away with you when you leave as we do not have the facilities to deal with non-recyclable waste.
Food Waste: Will still be accepted in the provided bins as this goes to compost
Sanitary Waste & Nappies: Will still be accepted in the appropriate bins. Please ensure to place these in the provided bins inside toilets, as they are classed as sanitary waste they must be handled and disposed of in a specific way. If you have items that need to go in these bins at your camp please just pop them in the bins provided before you head home, you will likely pass a toilet block on your way out of the site.
BBQs: Will also still be accepted but please ensure they have been thoroughly doused before placing in the bins as the coals can stay hot for much longer than you think and these cause bin fires.
Being a camping event most of you will already be bringing along your own cups, cutlery etc so please feel free to bring these out with you if you’re wanting to grab some food from a vendor.
Campers are always provided with a bin bag upon arrival – going forward you’ll now be provided with two! One for recyclable waste that can go in our bins, and the other for waste that can’t. Just sort your waste at your campsite and take the correct bag away with you when you leave.
If you really want to be an environmental superstar – you can empty the bin bag of recyclable waste into our bins and take the bag back to your camp to (you guessed it) reuse! This helps our waste management crew immensely as though the bags are recyclable, they get tangled in the sorting machine so all the bags have to be emptied by hand.
If you’d like to take your non-recyclable waste to a supermarket to be taken care of the nears is Morrisons WR14 1PZ.
